1. Usage Rights

All images and videos within this gallery are the intellectual property of sAsy Shutters LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright law. Clients are granted personal usage rights only, which include: Downloading, printing, and sharing images/videos for personal use. Posting on social media platforms with proper credit to sAsy Shutters LLC (photo by sAsy Shutters LLC).

Commercial use, resale, or distribution of any kind without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Editing & Alterations

Please do not apply additional filters, cropping, color adjustments, or edits to the final delivered images/videos. Each file has been professionally edited to represent the brand’s artistic style and quality.

3. Gallery Access & Expiration

Your gallery will remain active for approximately 6 months from the delivery date. Please download your images/videos before expiration, as gallery reactivation or file retrieval after that date may incur a $50 archive fee. sAsy Shutters LLC is not responsible for maintaining or storing client files after the gallery expiration date.

4. Image Selection (if applicable)

Clients must select their final images in s timely manner. Failure to select edits in a timely manner may delay editing.

5. Social Media & Promotion

sAsy Shutters LLC reserves the right to use images and video clips from sessions or weddings for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the session.

6. File Integrity

Final images and videos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG or MP4 format. Raw, unedited files are not included and remain the sole property of sAsy Shutters LLC

7. Printing

To ensure color accuracy and quality, it is recommended that prints and products be ordered directly through sAsy Shutters LLC. sAsy Shutters LLC cannot guarantee quality for prints made through third-party or consumer labs.

8. Liability

sAsy Shutters LLC is not liable for loss or damage to digital files once delivered to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to back up and safely store all downloaded content.

9. Agreement

By accessing or downloading from this gallery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms.
